Join us on January 30th for a unique & healing pairing of halotherapy & community circle - offering nourishment for the body, mind and soul.⁣ ⁣ This month’s circle will focus on “Embracing the New Year: Cultivating Happiness and Fulfillment!" 

As we stand on the threshold of a brand-new year, it's an opportune moment to embark on a journey towards a happier, more fulfilling life. This circle experience is your guide to navigating the pathways of joy, resilience, and purpose in the coming year and beyond.

2024 offers a blank canvas, a chance to rewrite our stories, redefine our priorities, and embrace the practices that uplift our spirits. In this session, we'll delve deep into the art and science of happiness, discovering actionable strategies and insights to cultivate a more meaningful existence.

We will begin in the lobby for community connection and nourishing tea. Then, we will journey into the beautiful salt spa for our circle experience. ⁣ ⁣ In circle, we will journey together through meditation, breathwork, journaling, movement, discussion and conclude in a powerful intention setting ceremony.⁣

Co-Ed experience for ages 13+.
