I‘m passionate about reawakening sisterhood, dismantling mean girl culture and helping women remember the magic of laughing loud, loving deep and living like it’s all sacred…because it is!

I’ve guided over 450 transformational community experiences, each deeply rooted in fostering authentic connection. I also offer individualized, integrative support for women one-to-one.
