Salt & Soul Circle

Join us on the 20th for a unique & healing pairing of halotherapy & community circle - offering nourishment for the body, mind and soul. ⁣ 

We'll begin with community connection over delicious herbal tea, followed by a journey into the salt room at Salt & Detox Oasis.⁣ ⁣ Inside the salt room you will receive nourishing halotherapy for 60 minutes while being guided in a transformational circle exploring ways to nurture & comfort yourself during these last months of the year. ⁣ ⁣ 

We will focus on Abundance (our individual strengths), Balance (how can these strengths bring balance to our lives), Gratitude (bringing awareness to the blessings), Intentions (what are we claiming for ourselves) and Support (how are we resourced). ⁣ ⁣ 

The circle will weave in self-reflection through journaling/sharing, breathwork, meditation, ceremony and reiki.⁣ ⁣ 

Open to all, ages 10+. ⁣
