December Virtual Sister Circle: The Ripple Effect

Monthly sister circle held on Zoom that weaves in meditation, breathwork, journaling, sacred sharing + witnessing, conscious movement, embodiement practices and more. 

In December's circle, we will reflect on this year of 2021 and how the sister wound has shown up in our lives. We will remember, reflect and release. We will then set intentions for the year ahead and how we will elevate our relationships with women.

These monthly circles dive deep into the sacred work of exploring, tending, witnessing and ultimately healing the sister wound within each of us in an effort to reawaken the medicine of sacred sisterhood on the planet. ⁣
